I’m Carolyn Minor, Associate Broker with RE/MAX Fine Properties, and I’ve been helping buyers and sellers in Tucson for more than 21 years. My work is centered in some of the city’s most nuanced markets, from Downtown Tucson’s historic neighborhoods like Barrio Libre, Armory Park, and West University to the land-oriented properties of Tanque Verde Valley, the Saguaro National Park East corridor, and the Catalina Foothills.

I work with clients who want more than a transaction. They want clear guidance, honest advice, and someone who understands the real-world details that shape a property’s value. For sellers, that means thoughtful pricing, smart preparation, and strategy grounded in the market as it is. For buyers, it means looking beyond the surface to evaluate condition, livability, and long-term risk before making a major commitment.

Negotiation is one of my strongest skills. My clients count on me to advocate for their interests, protect their position, and create leverage wherever possible. Most often, that means helping them come out ahead financially and strategically.

Much of my experience has been with detached single-family homes, especially properties with character, complexity, or land. I’m known for being steady, direct, and thorough.

Before real estate, I spent many years in the arts, and that background still shapes the way I see homes and serve clients. It sharpened my eye for detail, design, and character, and helps me connect with people who care about place, architecture, history, and the feeling of home.

My approach is grounded in strategy, analysis, and care. I don’t chase deals. I help people make smart decisions, negotiate from strength, and protect what matters.
